The day has unfortunately come, where in our 4th and last episode, the interesting yet intriguing cafe culture series by Spill The Tea has finally come to a conclusion. In this episode, Shawn ultimately returns to the very roots that started his journey into cafe culture, taking a step back to  reflect upon his research and experience over the course of Spill The Tea’s exploration into the world of cafe culture. Shawn goes over episodes 1-3, giving a slight recap and conclusion to each of the episodes,  so if you are a new listener just joining in on our last episode, you should definitely check out the previous episodes to find out what Shawn had explored in detail, because you definitely will be missing out if you don’t! Anyways, following that, Shawn and the team over at Spill The Tea had carried out a small Q&A for our listeners or fans! With the data collected from your answers, and as we expected, it seems that the majority of you prefer Third-Wave cafes over kopitiam. We then questioned the reasoning behind your choices and most of them in a way had a similar basis, which prompts Shawn that maybe even after all the hard-ships that Third-Wave cafes are bringing towards kopitiams, they aren’t so different after all.Shawn finally comes to the conclusion of accepting that both cafes and kopitiams can coexist in the same world. Regardless of Shawn’s love and preference of kopitiams over cafes, he matures and accepts that people can like whatever they want, or be a part of any culture they wish to be in without having the necessity to rank one higher over the other. If Third-waves cafes and kopitiams are so similar to each other, why can’t we just enjoy the coexistence of two great eateries? So with that, concludes our series on everything cafe culture.

But before ending, we as a team at Spill The Tea would like to express our gratitude towards you! Our super supportive listeners! Whether you are at home, at the office or in a cafe, we truly appreciate the time and effort put in by you guys to give our podcast a chance. Together with your support and feedback, we will continue to grow and mature into becoming a company that strives to make your voices heard. Keep on spilling tea!
